Cancellation n Refund

Plants Cart aims for 100% customer satisfaction. However, in the events where the customers find the products delivered, unsatisfactory or not up to the standards promised, the customer can opt for a refund of a product. Please go through the policy to understand the procedure followed by Plants Cart.

 Cancellation Policy

A customer, at any stage, after placing an order and before the delivery of such order, may opt for cancellation of the order. 

  • No cancellation charges would be levied upon the customer if the order is cancelled prior to the shipping of the product.
  • A cancellation charge of ₹50 would be charged from the customer if the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped.

The customer can contact Plants Cart to cancel the order at the contact points given in the website. 

Refund or Replacement

In the event where the customer finds the product delivered unsatisfactory, they may contact Plants Cart to provide a refund of the plant within 5 days from the delivery of the product. However, the request for replacement or refund would only be entertained on the following grounds:-

  1. The product received at the time of the delivery is either damaged or defective.
  2. The product delivered is not as shown on the website. There must be a significant difference in the actual plant and picture of the plant in terms of height or foliage or color. Any request for refund shall not be entertained in cases of slight variation. (“Slight Variation” is referred as variation upto 3” in the plant height or upto 30% reduction in foliage.)
  3. Wrong product delivered

Customers may approach Plants Cart through Email, WhatsApp or call and place their refund or replacement request. On doing so, the customer has to furnish the images of the plants that they claim to be damaged, defective, different or sub-standard. After a thorough inspection, Plants Cart would initiate the refund process, if it believes the request to be genuine.

Plants Cart would provide a replacement only once for a purchase. 


Plants Cart follows a no-return policy and therefore does not accept return requests as plants would not be able to bear two-way transit stress.
